Are shipping times guaranteed?
Sometimes international orders can get stuck at the border while being processed by Customs. This will often delay a package 1 - 2 business days. Once a package leaves our shop, we no longer have control over shipping times. At that point your package becomes the property of the Shipping Company until it is delivered to your address.
